This Saturday Pumpkin turned 10 (weeks that
is). Up until now he was an embryo. From this day forward he is
considered a fetus. (They
grow up so fast...) Most of the baby's joints are formed now -
shoulders, elbows, wrist, hands and fingers, knees, ankles, feet
and toes. All
of his organs are present and accounted for, but not fully formed
or functional. Pumpkin is now about as long as a paper clip and
weighs the same as four paperclips, in other words: 1 ¾ inch and ¼ oz. No new pictures this week so I thought I would rewind 10 weeks
to the day we first found out we were pregnant. I also added a
picture to the right of the title to show what a ten week old fetus
looks like.
